JAN DAVIES
Jan was born in Sydney and relocated to the Gold Coast in the late 1970’s.
She has spent most of the last 30 years in Queensland apart from a short period spent in Western Australia. She has had over 25 years legal experience specializing in Conveyancing.
Jan has been a Qualified Justice of the Peace since early 1980’s and as such has performed her duty as a Sitting Justice in the Courts in Western Australia.
Jan and her Partner owned and operated a Real Estate Agency in Agnes Water/1770 for approximately 8 years. Jan undertook the necessary studies to become a licensed Real Estate Agent and once qualified, she took on the role of Administration Officer for the Agency.
In 2010 Jan relocated to Brisbane and undertook further studies and completed Certificate IV in Body Corporate Management.
Jan has had plenty of experience working to deadlines and is passionate and dedicated to her business.

TYLER LESLIE
Tyler spent his early years in Agnes Water and relocated to Brisbane to attend Marist Brothers Ashgrove where he boarded to complete his high school years.
Upon leaving school, Tyler studied full time with the Brisbane School of Hairdressing where he achieved Certificate IV.
Tyler worked in the hairdressing industry for a short period however he left the industry when he was offered a position with a Real Estate Agency as Receptionist. Tyler was soon offered a promotion to Property Manager and obtained the necessary licence to work in this field. Tyler worked as Property Manager for a period in excess of 2 ½ years.
Tyler joined Strata Assist in November, 2012. With Tyler’s background in the Real Estate industry, he understands the Body Corporate laws and requirements and he is a great asset to the business.
